Then words flash across the screen which read: "To our daughter. February 1, 2018. 8lbs, 9oz. 4:43pm." The video also features clips from throughout her pregnancy including visits to the doctor's office with T. Scott and mum K. Jenner as well as revealing sonograms of the baby. Kylie is also seen sharing the news with Travis' family and having a pink themed baby shower. The reality star delivered her first child at the same hospital where Kim, Kourtney, and Rob welcomed their children: Cedars-Sinai in LA. Kylie also revealed that it was her choice to keep the entire process a secret as she thanked her friends and family for keeping it mum.
