However, Kourtney revealed on the latest episode of The Kardashians that she told her family nearly two months earlier, on April 27. Kourtney reveals in confession: “I am five months pregnant. I have not told most people. I’ve told my closest friends, my family, my kids, and I had told my mom pretty early on.” The show then cuts to a video of Kourtney with all of her sisters - dated April 27, 2023 - where she tells them to open their envelopes, which reveal an ultrasound image. Kendall opens the envelope and says: “You’re lying,” but momager Kris turns the camera around and says: “She’s not lying.” The sisters all hug and congratulate Kourtney, who says: “It just happened naturally,” as the sisters share their thoughts on Kourtney’s pregnancy. Kim says: “The fact that she got pregnant is such a beautiful thing. It’s what’s meant to be,” as Khloe adds: “I am so so, so happy that this happened for her.” Kris adds: “I’m so happy for Kourtney and Travis.
